Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for our operations in Karur. This Senior-level position demands a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of work experience. As a Full-Time role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in orchestrating production processes, ensuring quality control, and managing resources efficiently to deliver premium home textile products aligned with Cotton Concepts standards.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in production planning, essential for synchronizing all production activities and aligning them with business goals (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong grasp of quality control measures to ensure premium product quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • In-depth understanding of textile manufacturing processes and the latest technologies in the home textiles sector.
  • Effective team leadership abilities to inspire and guide a diverse workforce towards achieving operational excellence.
  • Solid experience in inventory management to maintain optimal resource levels and minimize downtime.
  • Proficiency in cost management to oversee budgetary constraints and optimize production expenses efficiently.
