Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain relationships with businesses, community organizations, hospitals, and government entities in the UAE.
  • Foster partnerships that enhance the company’s brand and market presence.

Community Engagement:

  • Lead CSR programs and initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the UAE.
  • Collaborate with community leaders and organizations to support local development.

Revenue & Cost Management:

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and revenue enhancement in the UAE.
  • Implement cost management strategies to optimize operational efficiency.

Project Management:

  • Oversee complex projects and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Executive Support:

  • Advise the executive team on strategic business issues.
  • Manage key documentation, reports, and travel arrangements for the executive team.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

  • Develop and execute the GTM strategy for new business initiatives in the UAE.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 2-6 years of experience in strategic roles, preferably with GCC market exposure
  • Strong strategic, project management, and interpersonal skills
