AtTailor Didi, design isn’t limited by size, gender, or trends — it’s about creating products that make people feelconfident, complimented, and connected.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for aFashion Designer & Founder’s Assistantto work directly with the founder and assist across both creative and operational aspects of the studio. This role blendsdesign, planning, and execution— from conceptualizing collections and managing production to helping expand into new product categories like jewellery, gifting, and bags. It’s ideal for someone who’shighly organized, patient, and dependable, canhandle pressure and unpredictability, and thrives in an environment whereno two days look the same. You’ll play a central role in keeping the brand running smoothly — managing timelines, coordinating with teams, and contributing creatively to upcoming projects. This is afull-time, on-site role in Jaipur, offering real exposure to how a modern, homegrown brand grows across categories.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the founder, assisting in daily coordination, planning, and communication Support in design development — sketches, research, mood boards, and fabric sourcing Support in sampling and product development across categories (clothing, jewellery, gifting, and bags) Coordinate with tailoring, jewellery, and product vendors to ensure timely execution Maintain organized studio records — fabrics, swatches, samples, and technical files Oversee packaging and dispatch for both domestic and international orders Create layouts and graphics for campaigns, lookbooks, and social media (Canva/Adobe tools) Handle order tracking, logs, and day-to-day operational tasksQualificationsDegree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile, or related field Strong organizational skillsand ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Comfortable working in afast-changing, high-energy environment Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) Proficiency inCanva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshoppreferred A strong eye forcolor, fabric, and proportion Calm, patient, and solution-oriented, even under pressure Willingness to take ownership, work hard, and grow with the brandLocation:Jaipur Type:Full-time, On-site Industry:Retail Apparel, Fashion & Lifestyle Products Employment Type:Full-time
