Position Summary

We are looking for an Asst. Manager/ Manager/Sr. Manager to join Interactive Avenue’s Finance Team. The Finance Manager will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues. They will handle the Billing operations and ensure smooth flow of Payments. They will be creating invoice and issuing them to the clients. The Manager will coordinate internally with the team and is also responsible to coordinate Externally with the clients. They must be able to work independently and are accountable to their Managers/Directors.


Key Responsibility Area

  • Issue Client invoices and send them to customers through various channels.
  • Liaise with Business Team to complete monthly invoicing
  • Support internal team for Audit samples
  • Prepare & Maintain Client Billing Tracker
  • FOR Accounts Payable TEAMAccurate Vendor Invoice Inward & Booking
  • Vendor Ledger Recon
  • Timely & Accurate Payment to vendor’s
  • Accounts Payable and Management Information System
  • Vendor GST Reconciliation
  • Liaise with Internal Finance Team

  • Comfortable in dealing with numbers and financial information.

  • Good Analytical skills, proficiency in IT.
  • Good communication skills and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced level of excel (Pivot Table, Formulas, Excel work book maintenance)
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment


Qualifications

Education and requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Digital and Experience Handling Accounts payable team
  • Understanding of Client invoicing and System.
  • Expertise in Tally and other ERP tools.
