The firm's industry focus helps professionals gain deep insights and skills to address industry-specific challenges and opportunities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Delhi, India. Role shall include the following:- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative methods. - Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain candidates data in Employer’s ATS database - Manage the recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support. - Maintain an updated talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. - Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process. - Support employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice. - Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and prepare reports for management. - Invite & track internal employee referrals. Provide inputs related to referral bonus for payroll processing - Build strong relationships with candidates to provide a positive hiring experience.Education & Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Good understanding of recruitment tools, job boards (including Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn & internshalla), and social media platforms. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Other topics- Employment Type: Full-time - Experience Level: 0–1 Year - Office location - Okhla, phase 3 - Work shift - 6 days working (10 AM to 6.30 PM)
