The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, configuring, and commissioning automation and AV systems for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail to ensure seamless system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implementKNX and Crestron control system programsfor residential and commercial projects. Integrate automation systems including lighting, HVAC, blinds, audio-video, and security. Work with project managers, designers, and installers to delivercustomized user interfaces(touch panels, keypads, mobile apps). Test, troubleshoot, and fine-tune systems to ensure flawless functionality and client satisfaction. Prepare system documentation, wiring diagrams, and programming notes. Stay updated with the latest Crestron/KNX tools, modules, and protocols. Provide on-site and remotesupport during installation, commissioning, and post-handover service .Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Crestron programming(SIMPL Windows, VT Pro-e, Crestron Studio, or Crestron Home). Strong working knowledge ofKNX programming tools(ETS software). Experience integrating multi-zone AV systems, automation protocols (IP, RS232, RS485, IR). Understanding of networking (IP addressing, VLANs, Wi-Fi, PoE switches). Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred QualificationsCrestron Certified Programmer or Crestron Master level certification. KNX Partner Certification. Knowledge ofSavant, Control4, or other automation platforms .
