We are seeking an experienced Lubricant Sales professional to join our dynamic team in a mid-level position. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The position is based in Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Tirupati, Nellore, and Hyderabad, offering exciting opportunities in multiple locations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on lubricant sales to industrial clients (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated success in lubricant sales, showcasing the ability to meet sales targets and grow client base (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in industrial sales, particularly within the lubricant sector, to enhance market penetration (Mandatory skill).
- Strong background in manufacturing sales, demonstrating the ability to understand industrial product requirements.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools to effectively maintain and develop client relationships.
- Technical product knowledge to advise clients accurately and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to convey product benefits and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Ability to travel locally to meet with clients and prospects, demonstrating dedication and commitment to expanding the territory.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector to expand the lubricant product portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure sustained business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product solutions to meet client needs and specifications.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on the value and effectiveness of our lubricants.
- Achieve defined sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales decisions and identify new areas for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to communicate progress and align on sales strategy with management.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information.
