Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement advanced analytics models for predicting customer income, credit risk assessment, and loan defaults.

- Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.

- Drive the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and home finance.

Required Qualifications:

- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in data science, with a substantial part dedicated to Experience in a senior or leadfinancial analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning. Experience in a senior or leadrole is highly desirable..

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms, particularly those relevant to financial predictions such as income estimation, credit risk modeling, and loan default prediction.

- Expert-level skills in Python or R for data analysis and modeling. Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Familiarity with big data platforms like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
