- Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, Insurance ( Sales personnel handling Direct as well as B to B channel).
Preferred Skill Set:
- Logical and analytical approach to Sales.
- Convincing power.
- Experience & Knowledge of handling B to B channel in Stock Broking / Mutual Funds / Life /Insurance business.
- Relationship oriented approach and should possess high energy levels.
- Client centric approach.
- Analytical mind with solution providing approach.
Job Description:
- Acquisition of Direct Clients as well as Business Associates for Stock Broking, PMS, Mutual funds, Fixed Deposits and Insurance business.
- Responsible for achieving his individual Target of Stock Broking, PMS, Mutual funds, Fixed Deposits and Insurance business.
- Responsible for achieving his Minimum KRA & Monthly Target of New- Client / DSA Acquisition, Stock Broking, PMS, Mutual funds, Fixed Deposits and Insurance business.
- Identify Business Associates who has good relationships and can acquire new clients of Stock Broking, Mutual funds and Insurance business.
- Give Joint call support to all BAs along with Direct Sales exposure.
- Accountable for Business Targets individually in sync with BA / DSA acquisition / activation Target.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Impart Product training to Business Associates acquired by him.
