Job Title: Fashion Client Advisor

Location: Govandi (W.)

Āroka is a luxury fashion brand committed to sustainability, craftsmanship, and innovation. We are looking for a highly accountable and dedicated Fashion Presales Consultant to guide prospective clients through the sales process, ensuring an exceptional experience from inquiry to purchase.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation & Sales Support: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, offering tailored fashion advice and styling recommendations. Facilitate seamless communication from initial inquiry through to product selection, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

2. Product Expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of Āroka’s collections, including materials, craftsmanship, design inspiration, and sustainability practices. Articulate these elements in a compelling way to potential clients.

3. Pre-Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop presales strategies, assist with lead generation, and create personalized proposals for high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients.

4. Market Insights & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on luxury fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the brand’s sales and design teams.

5. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, influencers, stylists, and key stakeholders in the fashion and retail industry.

6. Event Support: Assist in planning and executing exclusive events, trunk shows, and pop-ups that showcase Āroka’s collections to key prospects.

7. Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, inquiries, and sales activity in tracking sheets. Ensure that all presales activities are properly documented, including feedback, special requests, and ongoing follow-ups.

8. Accountability & Dedication: This is a highly responsible role that requires dedication, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. You will be held accountable for your client pipeline and the completion of all presales activities in a timely and organized manner.


Qualifications:


3+ years of experience in presales or sales in luxury fashion or high-end retail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Highly organized, with proficiency in tracking and reporting client activity.

A passion for Āroka’s brand ethos and sustainability.

A dedicated, accountable approach to client service and sales.
