🔹Job Title: Product Owner – AI/ML Experience 🔹Experience: 8–15 Years 🔹Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) 🔹Company: Vaisesika About the Role Vaisesika is seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in AI/ML-driven products to lead end-to-end product strategy, design, and delivery. The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding with business acumen to translate complex AI/ML capabilities into impactful, user-centric solutions. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-value features powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the AI/ML product roadmap , from ideation to delivery. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to build intelligent, scalable solutions. Write detailed user stories , define acceptance criteria , and manage the product backlog . Translate AI/ML models and insights into practical business features and automation opportunities . Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) for product planning and execution. Leverage data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Partner with stakeholders to balance priorities and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled capabilities. Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and identify opportunities to integrate new technologies into the product ecosystem. Qualifications 8–15 years of overall experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML-focused product ownership . Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts , data pipelines, APIs, and cloud technologies. Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Proven ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate technical models into product features. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills. Exposure to Generative AI , LLMs , or AI-powered automation is highly desirable. Preferred Experience Background in software development or data engineering . Domain experience in eCommerce , Healthcare , or Life Sciences is a plus.
