Pro and other tools.Ensure compliance with applicable standards including IBC, AISC, OSHA, and oil & gas-specific design norms.Interface with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design and smooth coordination.Support procurement through preparation/review of structural specifications and bid evaluations.Conduct site visits, inspections, and structural integrity assessments.Guide and mentor junior engineers and designers.Participate in project planning, scheduling, and client-facing technical discussions.Proactively suggest design optimizations and cost-effective solutions for facility structures.Coordinate and review deliverables from consultants and subcontractors.Ready and available for short-term assignments in the US or Europe as per project needs.Requirements:Proven ability to execute structural designs with team and deliver results on time.Strong communication skills for technical discussions with clients, teams, and stakeholders.Must be proactive, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced project environment.High level of integrity, responsibility, and teamwork orientation.
