You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, translate them into data models and visualizations, and ensure stakeholders have the insights they need to make confident decisions.What You’ll DoDesign, develop, and maintaininteractive QuickSight dashboards and reportsthat deliver key business insights. Connect and integrate data from multiple sources includingRDS, Redshift, S3, and SQL databases . Createdata sets, calculated fields, parameters, and custom visualsfor advanced analytics. Optimize dashboard performance, ensuring scalability, speed, and efficiency across large datasets. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and reliability. Implementrole-based access control (RBAC) , manage permissions, and ensure data security within QuickSight. Continuously explore new QuickSight features and AWS analytics capabilities to enhance reporting solutions.What We’re Looking For3+ years of overall IT experience , with a strong focus on business intelligence and analytics. 2+ years of hands-on experience in AWS QuickSight— building dashboards, setting up datasets, and optimizing visuals. Strong command overSQLfor data extraction, transformation, and manipulation. Experience with AWS data services likeS3, RDS, Redshift , orAthenais a plus. Excellent communication skills in English — able to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable stories. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling through data.
