About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Architect to join our team. As a WordPress Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale WordPress websites and applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team on WordPress architecture, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and deploy WordPress websites and applications.

1. Architecture and Design:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance WordPress architectures for large-scale websites and applications.
• Develop and maintain WordPress architecture diagrams, documentation, and standards.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that WordPress architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements.

1. Development and Deployment:

• Develop and deploy WordPress plugins, themes, and custom code to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that WordPress code is maintainable, efficient, and follows best practices.
• Develop and maintain automated testing and deployment scripts for WordPress code.

1. Performance Optimization:

• Optimize WordPress website and application performance, ensuring fast load times and high user engagement.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain performance monitoring and analytics tools for WordPress websites and applications.

1. Security and Compliance:

• Ensure that WordPress websites and applications meet security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain security monitoring and incident response plans for WordPress websites and applications.

1. Training and Mentoring:

• Provide training and mentorship to junior developers on WordPress architecture, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that WordPress skills and knowledge are up-to-date.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and project management.
• Communicate WordPress architecture, design, and development plans to stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
