Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in hiring top-tier professionals in AI, ML, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and Big Data Development. Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for AI, ML, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and Big Data roles.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position KrtrimaIQ as an employer of choice.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity in hiring practices and ensure an inclusive recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for technical roles in AI, ML, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and Big Data.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications related to AI, ML, Data Engineering, and Big Data, including Python, SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and more.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to source and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
