Job Description :


- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify for SAP and other enterprise applications.


- Work with Product Teams to validate automation test requirements and build / update the required automation test scripts in Worksoft Certify.


- Execute automated test cases, report results, and work closely with teams to resolve any defects.


- Maintain and update the Worksoft Certify framework as the Test Automation Suite progresses.


- Perform end-to-end testing to ensure the functionality of business processes across multiple systems.


- Analyze test results and work with development teams to resolve defects.


- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.


- In-depth understanding of Worksoft Certify, Worksoft CTM, Worksoft BPP, and other Worksoft tools as and when required during testing.


- Provide detailed documentation for test cases, scripts, and test results.


- Actively participate in test planning, strategy, and coordination of test efforts.


- Designing clean, efficient, and well-documented Test scenarios/cases/scripts and maintaining industry & client standards, based on business requirement analysis.


- Should have good exposure of working in SAP and CRM, and understanding of SAP Modules like ESD, CCS, FI, MM, SD, etc.


- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.


- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.


- Understanding of when and how to use automation effectively to minimize manual tasks.


- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Excellent communication skills to interact with Business stakeholders and document testing processes clearly.


- Must have experience with Agile Methodology and prior experience in delivering results in Agile environments.


- Experience in other test management tools like ALM.


- Experience with ADO to develop User Stories, Backlog, and other required responsibilities like Integrating Worksoft with ADO and execute Test Cases during UAT and Regression Cycle.
