You will work directly with theCEO , acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities. This includes everything from scaling new business lines and optimizing global operations to steering data-driven decision-making and enabling cross-functional excellence. This role is aboutturning insight into action— shaping ideas into measurable outcomes that move the organization forward. You’ll get a panoramic view of Joveo’s business, deep exposure to global leadership, and the chance to influence the company’s direction at the highest level.What You’ll Do Act as astrategic extension of the CEO , driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions. Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and executeAI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects. Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions. Build and operationalize frameworks thattranslate strategic intent into measurable outcomes. Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution. Support the CEO inboard, investor, and leadership communication— but with focus on insight and action, not just decks. Be the “connective tissue” between strategy and execution — ensuring priorities move from idea → plan → outcome.What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience instrategy, consulting, business operations, or founder’s office roles(Tech / SaaS / high-growth startup background preferred). Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability — you turn ambiguity into clarity. Founder’s mindset: youthink big , move fast, and take ownership end-to-end. Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across levels. Deep curiosity forAI, technology, and the future of work.
