Project Manager:

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of gaming projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in project management within the gaming industry, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of game development projects from concept to release.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with internal resources and departments for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

- Report and escalate to management as needed.

- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

- Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the project team.

- Work closely with QA teams to define testing strategies, ensure comprehensive testing is conducted, and that the final product meets the highest quality standards.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management lifecycle and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the project team or with external stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and productive work Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the gaming industry.

- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

- Experience in managing game development projects using Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers.

- Experience mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Expertise in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

- Should have worked at least on 10 gaming projects in the past.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
