Electronics Layout Engr/Sr.Engr/Asst Mngr

Responsibilities: 1. Understand project requirement and deliverables (Project time estimation, quality and commit delivery dates).
2. Wide experience working with low power analog circuit design techniques.
3. Schematic & layout design up-to 6 layers
(Power Supply, Analog, Digital, High speed, Mixed signal circuits)
4. Symbol, footprint, component creation & library management.
5. Experience in PCB stack-up, design rules/constraints setting and via technology
6. Knowledge of DFM, DFA and DFT in PCB design
7. Contributing in all stages of PCB design process flow
8. Technical documentation regarding PCB guidelines, processes and checklists as per company and IPC standard
9. Building and maintaining projects on server repositories
10. Supplier coordination for PCB fabrication, component sourcing
11. Investigating and troubleshooting manufacturing issues 12. Design change tracking and develop interface specifications.
1. Qualification in electronics or mechatronics, or relevant experience
2. A good understanding of structured projects and engineering methodologies.
3. Ability to work well in a group, sharing ideas and problem solving.
9. Experience using E - CAD design software (OrCAD/Allegro 16.6 onward) understanding of Schematic NET and its transformation to Layout.
10. Knowledge of relevant Document/Instructions required for Layout Engineer to understand routing and placement of the components for good Layout.
