JOB PURPOSE – Why does this role exist in the organization?
A Project Architect is responsible for the overall design, planning, and execution of building projects. Their role is critical in ensuring the success of the project, as they oversee every aspect of the building process from conception to completion.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

PART A On-Site Design Management
1 Monitor Design Process from Concept to Construction execution to ensure consistency of Design. Coordination with external consultants for finalization of Designs
2 Review accuracy of drawings, estimates, and completed design reports and Ensure adherence to Project Specifications and budgets and error free deliverables.
3 Drive effective relationship management with design consultants / architects / service consultants (existing and new) to ensure cost effective and preferential services and ensure timely provision of inputs to them for design & detailing as per project requirements.
4 Attend and engage with the Site team to resolve Construction issues and coordinate adherence to Design.
5 Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations as applicable.
6 Finalization of materials and sending to consultants as information and to incorporate in design drawings.
7 Coordinating with technical team to carry out work in accordance to design intent.
8 Making regular site visits and resolving any design related issue on site
9 Maintain a Log of all Design changes along with their impact on the project in the Design change Management Log.
PART B
New Projects
1 Assist in Internal relationship management with the Business Development Department to understand project details and assist them in conducting the feasibility study from a design perspective.
2 Develop Product mix and 3d massing views after assessing the relevant bye-laws, Site conditions and business objectives.
3 Assist in shortlisting and appointment of consultants.
4 Preparing Design Brief and RFP to consultants to enable in taking quotes from consultants.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification:
B Arch with exposure to the design management of Brown Field Projects like Hotels, Hospital and Interiors.
Functional Skills:
Expertise in AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Community Operations team
External Interactions
Consultants, PMC, advisors, stakeholders
External stakeholders like regulatory bodies for advice on conformity to rules and regulations.
Coordination with Contractors and Vendors for executability and intent of Design
