  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company goals and objectives.
  • Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.
  • Develop the annual/project-specific branding strategy based on product segment and customer profile.
  • Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products/features) to inform strategies.
  • Work collaboratively across teams, including Engineering, Product, and Sales, to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing and company strategies.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
