About the role :

As a Product manager, you'll be leading product development for one of the flagship products in EV Charging space as it scales larger and moves into a newer/stronger product. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2C Product Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in enhancing user experience, driving the growth of our product, and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and measure success.

Statiq was named as the top 3 most promising start-ups by NASSCOM in the year 2020, it was the same year we got selected for Y Combinator , a Silicon Valley based accelerator program.


Responsibilities

  1. Lead efforts to continuously improve the user journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  2. Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Identify and prioritize new features, enhancements, and optimizations that will drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  4. Work closely with marketing, business, and customer support teams to launch new initiatives and ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies.
  5. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development.
  6. Regularly report on product performance, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Set up and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor user behavior, product usage, and other critical metrics.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product growth through innovative strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in metrics-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2C context.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
