Test Lead Overall Experience: 5 - 6 Years Qualifications: B. Tech / M. Tech /MCA / MSc (Computers) Location: BangaloreImmediate Joiners OnlyCertification:Agile / Scrum will be an added advantageRequired Skills:Experienced in manual testing of web and mobile applications, with expertise in Agile sprint delivery, automation scripting experience in Selenium and/or Playwright, experience on UAT of Enterprise web applications and strong skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end delivery management using JIRA.Job DescriptionDefine and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and standards to enhance testing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end STLC implementation and exposure to test automation for Web/Mobile applications in Agile environments. Expertise in at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, PlayWright, etc.) and integration with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment. Experience on UAT of Enterprise web applications Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define testing requirements. Provide technical leadership, mentoring to team. Manage testing across multiple modules, projects, and environments, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Proficient in JIRA for test management, tracking, and reporting. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.Roles & Responsibilities: Delivery Responsibility: Planning, estimation, execution, risk management and Reporting. Resource planning & Management. Technical leadership and mentoring to team. Interface with Customer and various business teams. Jira agile - KPI monitoring & Reporting.
