You’ll collaborate with a team of cloud and DevOps experts to build and optimize computing, networking, and storage layers—enabling high availability, performance, and scalability across deployments.You’ll play a hands-on role in developing features for compute, storage, Kubernetes integration, NFV, observability, and AI/ML workload optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy OpenStack services and components (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, etc.) in production environments.Build and maintain cloud automation pipelines using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.Integrate Kubernetes atop OpenStack, supporting features like auto-scaling, auto-healing, and rolling upgrades.Develop and manage block and object storage systems, leveraging Ceph, Swift, or similar technologies.Implement advanced networking features (SDN/NFV, virtual routers, VLANs, VXLAN, load balancing, etc.).Collaborate on GPU and AI/ML workload optimization—including PCI passthrough and accelerator support.Develop internal monitoring, alerting, and observability systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.Participate in end-to-end lifecycle management—from installation and deployment to day-2 operations and upgrades.Contribute to infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to ensure consistency and repeatability across environments.Work closely with architects to improve system performance, fault tolerance, and scalability.Must-Have Skills3–8 years of hands-on experience in OpenStack (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, Horizon, Glance).Strong understanding of Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), virtualization (KVM, QEMU), and hypervisors.Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Ansible for automation and scripting.Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and container networking.Experience with storage systems (Ceph, Swift, NFS, iSCSI) and networking protocols (VXLAN, GRE, VLANs).Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, SDN, NFV, and load balancers.Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform, ArgoCD).Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and ELK stack for monitoring and observability.Good-to-Have SkillsExperience contributing to OpenStack or Kubernetes open-source projects.Familiarity with edge computing, multi-cloud CMPs, or sovereign cloud environments.Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure, GPU scheduling, and high-performance computing.Knowledge of OpenShift, Harbor, or Rancher.Understanding of encryption, authentication (Keystone, LDAP, OAuth), and key management systems.What You’ll GetOpportunity to build a full-scale cloud platform from the ground up.Work with cutting-edge open-source technologies and global cloud experts.Freedom to innovate, contribute upstream, and influence platform design.Competitive salary and performance-based equity options.A fast-paced, product-first startup culture that values engineering excellence.
