Key Responsibilities: Manage theend-to-end recruitment processwith a focus oncandidate sourcing and screening . Develop and updatejob descriptions and job specificationswith minimal input. Conductinitial interviewsto evaluate candidate suitability and shortlist profiles. Schedule and coordinate interviewswith hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. Utilizesocial media platforms, job boards, and sourcing toolsto attract top talent. Stay updated onCTC benchmarks and market hiring trendsthrough surveys and analysis. Ensure adherence to definedTAT (Turnaround Time)for each recruitment activity. Act as asingle point of contact (SPOC)for internal teams and external candidates. Maintain detailedrecruitment analytics and documentationfor reporting purposes.Desired SkillsExcellentcommunication and presentation skills . High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach. Prior experience inIT industry recruitmentpreferred. Strong knowledge ofRecruitment/HR softwareand applicant tracking systems. Analytical mindset with aprocess-driven and solution-oriented approach . Strongdecision-making and stakeholder managementcapabilities.Preferred / Value Add SkillsExperience inIT Infrastructure ,Cybersecurity , orSocial Media Sourcing . Proficiency inusing AI toolsfor sourcing and talent mapping.
