Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or support the implementation of Oracle EPCMS/PCMCS in full project lifecyclescovering requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Develop and configure cost allocation models, driver-based logic, and profitability analytics based on business requirements.

- Translate complex financial models into scalable and optimized EPM solutions.

- Design and build metadata structures, business rules, calculations, forms, and dashboards within PCMCS and other Oracle EPM Cloud modules.

- Create and manage data integrations, using EPM Integration Agent, Data Management, or

external ETL tools.

- Develop custom scripts and automation routines for data processing and validation.

- Integrate Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle ERP Cloud, E-Business Suite (EBS), or other source systems to streamline data flow and reporting.

- Build financial reports, interactive dashboards, and analytical visualizations tailored to business users and executives.

- Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to understand and document business needs.

- Conduct design sessions, workshops, and training for end-users and stakeholders.

- Provide technical leadership, solution architecture, and support to project teams.

- Perform troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance optimization of existing EPM applications.

- Ensure best practices in data governance, access control, and application security are Skills & Qualifications :

- Mandatory : At least one full-cycle implementation or development experience in Oracle EPCMS.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PCMCS and Oracle EPM Cloud modules.

- Expertise in cost modeling, driver-based allocations, profitability analysis, and performance reporting.

- Proficiency in business rules scripting, metadata management, form design, and dashboards.

- Strong experience with data integration tools and techniques for Oracle EPM Cloud.

- Knowledge of ERP integration with systems like Oracle Cloud ERP or EBS.

- Solid understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cost accounting, and profitability modeling.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments.

- Oracle EPM Certification in PCMCS or related modules.

- Experience with Essbase, Smart View, Oracle Data Management, or Groovy scripting.

- Exposure to other EPM modules such as Planning, FCCS, or ARCS is a plus.

- Background in finance/accounting is highly desirable.
