Hiring Technical Supervisor Role

Responsibilities:

  • All kinds of Plumbing, Electrical related work in Apartments properties
  • Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency call
  • Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition
  • Attend complaints at individual flats

Key Requirements:

  • Maintenance/Repair experience in high-rises, flats, and household buildings.
  • Basic educational qualification (DEEE / ITI Electrical will be a plus).
  • Owns and knows how to ride a two wheeler
  • Basic use of smartphone, excel and emails

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00  to 22,000 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)


Experience:

  • electric and plumbing work: 2 year (Preferred)
