We are looking for anexperienced Junior Architects/Architectural Draughtsmanwith a strong eye for detail and proficiency in working drawings to join our boutique team. Key Responsibilities Prepareprecise architectural drawings, working drawings, and GFC setsfor luxury residential projects. Translateconcept sketches and design inputsinto detailed CAD drawings. Developplans, elevations, sections, and interior detailingwith accuracy. Coordinate withsite teams, consultants, and vendorsto ensure design intent is executed. Maintain and updatedrawing registers and revisionsacross all project stages. Assist withsubmission drawings, tender sets, and construction details . Participate insite measurements, verification, and on-site coordinationas needed. Support withpresentation drawings or 3D models(preferred but not mandatory). Software Proficiency AutoCAD – Mandatory SketchUp – for 3D modeling (preferred) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) – for presentations (added advantage) MS Office Suite – for schedules and documentation Qualifications & Experience Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Architectural Drafting. 2–4 years of professional experienceas a draughtsman in anarchitecture or interior design studio . Strong understanding ofconstruction detailing, materials, and building codes . Prior experience onluxury residential projectswill be an advantage.
