Senior Public Relations ManagerLocation - BengaluruExperience: 7 yearsKey Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple client accounts ensuring timely delivery of media advisories, coverage reports, and other deliverables. - Maintain adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated communication plans that align with client objectives across traditional and digital platforms. - Guide clients through dynamic media environments and proactively manage reputational risks by identifying emerging trends and key influencers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists and digital influencers relevant to the consumer industry. - Oversee media outreach, story placement, and thought leadership opportunities. - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong, long-term relationships that foster trust and satisfaction. - Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions. - Work closely with Account Directors to identify and convert new business opportunities. - Motivate and mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth. - Stay ahead of upcoming news trends, industry developments, and consumer insights. - Guide the team in creating compelling media pitches and securing impactful placements. - Partner with colleagues across departments and practices to deliver integrated solutions and drive business results. - Support a healthy work environment through regular feedback, recognition, and continuous learning initiatives.Candidate Requirements:Education: Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 7 years in PR, with proven success in managing consumer brand accounts.Skills:- Strong media relations and network within the consumer sector. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strategic thinking with executional excellence. - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines. - Team leadership and mentoring experience. - Understanding of digital and social media trends is a plus..
