The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed engineering drawings and performing electrical system studies for oil and gas (O&G) production facilities and midstream operations. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP software, and experience with Arc Flash analysis.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and prepare engineering drawings, plans, and layouts for O&G production facilities and midstream operations using AutoCAD. - Update drawing markups using Bluebeam and revise accordingly in AutoCAD. - Perform electrical system modeling and analysis using ETAP, including Arc Flash, load flow, and short-circuit studies. - Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications. - Ensure all drawings and electrical designs comply with industry codes, standards, and safety regulations. - Review and revise engineering documents based on feedback from engineers and stakeholders. - Maintain accurate records of all drawings, revisions, and electrical study reports. - Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and project reports. - Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.Qualifications:- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in electrical design for O&G or industrial facilities. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP software. - Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and industry standards. - Experience with Arc Flash studies and electrical safety compliance. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
