A. Key Areas of Accountability:

  • Achieve sales and design-in/win goal.
  • Understand market trend, customer demand, and competition to realize the revenue growth in selected segments /accounts / products within the agreed business objectives and targets.
  • Establish strong relationship with key customers at all level by providing excellent sales support and personalize communication.
  • Work out key account plan and implement it.
  • Develop business plan and implement the plan. Work with BD and marketing team to develop new products.

B. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in semiconductors sales role.
  • Technical background is must (example FAE role in past).
  • Familiar SMPS design topology, especially for UPS, EV charger, air-conditioned, and home appliances, Automobile.
  • Solid knowledge in Power discrete parameters and specification measurement. Nice to have technical background on electrical circuit design and AC-DC power supply applications.
  • Well knowledge of business creation and project management. Good visibility of design-in and design-win pipeline process.
  • Teamwork spirit, good manners and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic engineering.
  • Good skills in using excel, power point, word and oral presentation in both written and spoken English.
  • Willing to travel 50 %+
