With 11,000 people across 20 countries serving more than 2,500 clients, our finance engine must be as agile and global as our business.We’re now looking for a Deputy CFO to anchor our global controllership function and ensure financial discipline at scale.The RoleThe Deputy CFO will be the guardian of financial integrity at XBP Global, anchoring global accounting and compliance while enabling business growth. This role is based out of India, where our controllership teams for Americas, Europe, and Asia are centralized, giving it unmatched global visibility and influence.You will work closely with the CFO and business leaders to ensure our financial reporting is not just accurate but strategically meaningful, enabling better decisions and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Accounting Operations– Lead consolidated reporting, monthly closes, and reconciliations across all regions. Compliance & Controls– Ensure adherence to US GAAP, SOX, SEC, and local statutory frameworks. Audit & Risk Management– Oversee statutory audits, internal controls, and enterprise risk management frameworks. Regulatory Oversight– Manage tax filings, statutory submissions, and compliance across 20 countries. Business Partnership– Provide financial insight and support to the CFO and senior leadership to drive growth decisions. Process Excellence– Standardize and improve finance processes leveraging automation and digital tools.What We’re Looking ForCA/CPA or equivalent with 20+ years in finance leadership. Strong background in global accounting operations, controllership, and compliance. Hands-on experience with US GAAP, SOX, and multi-country statutory reporting. Proven ability to lead centralized finance teams serving multiple geographies. A balance of operational rigor and strategic insight.Success in This Role MeansA finance function that is accurate, compliant, and respected across stakeholders. Seamless global controllership operations anchored mostly in India. Finance viewed not just as control, but as an enabler of growth.
