About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with B2B technology clients and background in Agency, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client servicing on assigned accounts.
  • Manage client briefings, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with creative, design, content, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Support in the preparation of strategy presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.
  • Oversee project workflows to ensure deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Assist in organizing and managing event-related deliverables in coordination with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on B2B technology brands and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably with B2B technology clients.
  • Strong interest in working with B2B brands and tech-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working full-time from office and available to support on 12–15 weekends annually for events.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
