Job Description: Program Manager – GTMLocation: BangaloreExperience: 3–5 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Program Manager – GTM who can drive cross-functional initiatives, streamline GTM processes, and enable high-velocity execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations. This is a generalist role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and can translate strategic goals into actionable programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project ManagementOwn end-to-end planning and execution of GTM programs, initiatives, and launches.Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies.Track progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to ensure on-time completion.GTM Operations & ExecutionSupport creation and execution of GTM strategies across new product/features, campaigns, and market segments.Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment.Manage operational workflows, documentation, and process improvements.Analytics & ReportingMonitor key GTM metrics and performance indicators.Provide insights and dashboards to leadership for decision-making.Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover bottlenecks and improve pipeline velocity.Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as the connective bridge between teams—ensuring clarity, communication, and accountability.Facilitate meetings, cadence reviews, and status updates for stakeholders.Drive continuous alignment on priorities and execution milestones.Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in GTM processes and propose data-driven solutions.Implement scalable SOPs for repeatable programs, workflows, and cross-team operations.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in Program Management, GTM Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related generalist roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments (startups preferred).Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM tools, project management platforms, and productivity systems is a plus.Why Join UsHigh ownership, high impact role.Opportunity to work directly with leadership across functions.Fast-paced environment with room to experiment, learn, and grow.Chance to shape and scale GTM processes from the ground up.
