We are now looking for a Manager - Event Sales Head who can lead digital campaigns, expand our agency's presence, drive digital marketing and social media projects, and actively shape experiential campaigns from pitch to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall event sales strategy and achieve business growth targets through new client acquisition and key account management.
- Drive end-to-end event execution, from client briefing and concept development to production, logistics, and on-ground delivery.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and technology teams to design impactful experiential campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and brand partners to generate repeat and referral business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in experiential marketing, exhibitions, activations, and digital experiences.
- Oversee sales pipeline, proposals, and pitches, ensuring high-quality presentations and timely closures.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote Digital Jalebi's experiential solutions across online and offline channels.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic planning and positioning.
- Mentor and guide the sales and execution teams to deliver projects within budget, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Represent Digital Jalebi at industry forums, networking events, and business development platforms to enhance visibility and partnerships.
