Job Summary :

We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Python, Node.js, and React. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with a passion for creating seamless and responsive user experiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement user interfaces using React.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js.

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.

- Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to design and manage data models.

- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.

- Work with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full stack development.

- Prior experience in React.js, Node.js and Mongo DB is required.

- Proficient in Python and Node.js for backend development.

- Strong experience with React for frontend development.

- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.

Skills :

- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git).

- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
