Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of integration solutions using SAP CPI, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Define integration patterns, best practices, and standards for SAP and non-SAP systems, with a focus on Salesforce integration.

- Develop technical specifications and documentation for integration solutions.

- Hands-on development and configuration of integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI.

- Develop custom adapters, scripts, and mappings to meet specific integration requirements.

- Implement error handling, monitoring, and logging mechanisms for integration processes.

- Manage and maintain CPI artifacts, including integration flows, value mappings, and security artifacts.

- Design and implement seamless integration between SAP systems and Salesforce using SAP CPI.

- Develop and configure Salesforce adapters and connectors in SAP CPI.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce integration issues.

- Understand Salesforce API's and data structures.

- Lead and manage SAP CPI integration projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and system administrators, to ensure successful project execution.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP CPI integration solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, including connectivity, data mapping, and performance bottlenecks.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CPI features and best practices.

- Share knowledge and expertise with team members through training and mentoring.

- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and documentation.

Requirements :

- 9+ years of experience in SAP integration, including at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Mandatory :

- Proven experience in Salesforce integration using SAP CPI.

- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.

- Proficiency in developing and configuring iFlows in SAP CPI.

- Experience with various SAP CPI adapters, including SOAP, REST, IDoc, and JDBC.

- Strong understanding of XML, JSON, and other data formats.

- Experience with Groovy scripting and other scripting languages.

- Experience with SAP PI/PO is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
