We are seeking a skilled and solution-oriented SAP Consultant to support the analysis, design, implementation, and support of SAP modules across business functions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure SAP systems, and deliver process improvements that align with organizational goals. This role demands both functional and technical understanding of SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions across relevant modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).

- Design, configure, and test SAP modules in line with business processes and best practices.

- Provide end-to-end SAP implementation and support, including upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP solutions are integrated with other systems (e.g., legacy, 3rd-party, middleware).

- Create and maintain documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, test cases, and training materials.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users and key business stakeholders.

- Monitor SAP systems for issues, performance, and enhancements to improve system efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related tickets in a timely manner in coordination with business users and technical teams.

Technical Skills (depending on module specialization) :

SAP Functional Areas :

- FI/CO : Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting

- MM : Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Management

- SD : Order to Cash, Billing, Pricing, Shipping

- PP : Production Planning, MRP, Shop Floor Control

- HCM/SuccessFactors : Personnel Administration, OM, Payroll, Talent Management

- SAP S/4HANA : Experience with latest suite preferred

Tools & Technologies :

- SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)

- Knowledge of ABAP debugging and reading functional specs

- Exposure to IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, Workflows

- Understanding of integration with systems like Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, or external APIs

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

- 38 years of hands-on experience in SAP configuration and support

- SAP certification in relevant module(s) is highly preferred

- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Stakeholder management and client-facing experience preferred

Preferred Experience (Optional Add-ons) :

- SAP Activate methodology, Agile or Waterfall project experience

- Understanding of data migration, testing tools, and change management processes

- Experience in regulated industries like pharma, manufacturing, or retail
