BharatPe has recently acquired a majority stake in Mumbai-based NBFC, Trillion Loans Fintech. Trillion Loans is a 5-year-old NBFC whose portfolio majorly runs across personal loans, supply chain finance and other segments such as auto and gold loans. With this, BharatPe is now enabled to further drive financial empowerment for Bharat with continued leverage of its advanced technology stack.

Play a key role in implementing product software and technology platforms from the ground up. Your work will allow you to utilize a melting pot of technologies, programming languages, and systems and require you to keep up with the ever-changing technological landscape. Responsibilities will include

Functional Expertise

• Work closely with senior engineers to design, implement and deploy Frontend interface that enhances the experience of the lending operations on our web/app
• Help & implement Design software and make technology choices across the stack. Understand a range of Tier-1 systems/services that power NBFC’s to make scalable changes in existing and new systems to be deployed.
• Contributing towards design reviews, code reviews and engineering best practices
• Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments

Problem Solving

• Problem solve UX related implementation issues
• Navigate systems to help develop right BRD
• Track & monitor project timelines and resolve potential reasons for delay in advance

Interaction

• Live Trillion values in all stakeholder communication
• Effectively communicating issues and help connecting right dots to resolve any tech issue
• Able to lead independent communications for issue resolution

• Onboard existing systems (app/web)

Qualification & Experience

• BE/B.Tech/MCA
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Financial/NBFC/BFSI/related industries

Skills & know-how

• Comfortable with latest industry practices
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Have experience working on applications built on JavaScript, React, Node JS, and other surrounding frameworks.
• Have a strong grasp of browser fundamentals and understanding of web performance.
• Be great at debugging, including identifying page speed and performance bottlenecks, using tools like Chrome Dev Tools, React Dev Tools, etc.
