Enterprise Architect

AVASO is seeking a Data Strategy cum Enterprise Architect based in Bangalore, India, who will play a pivotal role in designing and executing the enterprise data strategy aligned with AVASO’s global objectives. This position involves overseeing data governance, optimizing the architecture of enterprise systems, and aligning IT with business processes across AVASO’s global services. You will collaborate closely with the SVP of Global Services and other key stakeholders to drive data-centric decision-making and technology alignment within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Strategy and Governance

• Develop and implement an organization-wide data strategy that supports AVASO’s business goals.
• Define and enforce data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the adoption of data-driven practices by ensuring availability and accessibility of reliable data for analytics, AI, and business insights.

2. Enterprise Architecture

• Design and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint, ensuring alignment with business strategies and global IT standards.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and big data solutions into AVASO’s systems and processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and develop roadmaps for IT infrastructure optimization.

3. System Integration and Optimization

• Lead efforts to standardize and integrate systems across global operations, ensuring streamlined workflows and data consistency across platforms.
• Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise software and platforms to support digital transformation and scalability.
• Ensure seamless integration of data systems, CRM, ERP, and other platforms across global business units.

4. Collaboration with Global Teams

• Partner with the SVP, Global Services, and other global leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in enterprise systems.
• Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and developers to guide implementation strategies and ensure compliance with AVASO’s architectural principles.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to manage technology partnerships and ensure alignment with AVASO’s standards.

5. Leadership and Thought Leadership

• Serve as a thought leader in enterprise architecture and data strategy within the company, providing guidance on cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior architects, analysts, and other team members to enhance the team’s capability in enterprise systems design and data management.

Key Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data strategy, and system integration roles within multinational organizations.
• Proven track record of driving data governance initiatives and implementing enterprise-wide IT architectures.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of data management tools (e.g., ETL, databases, data lakes).
• Expertise in cloud computing, microservices architecture, ERP systems, and API integrations.
• Deep understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
