What You'll Do

The Generative AI Engineer will join the engineering team to build new product modules as well as participate in solving clients' unique data problems. The candidate needs to have strong problem-solving and creative skills as we push the envelope with Generative AI and machine learning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions using Python that incorporate generative models, knowledge retrieval, and task-specific prompt engineering.
  • Conduct prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and manage vector databases to optimize model performance.
  • Communicate complex LLM capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope.
  • [Desired]: Implement MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and model deployment across test and production environments.


Skills And Qualifications

  • 2-4 years years of demonstrated excellence in data engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in working with Large Language Models and GenAI technologies such as OpenAI API, ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard, Synthesia, and Langchain.
  • Experience in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications and/or working with vector databases.
  • Experience with Docker and AWS infrastructure.
  • Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
