About Position:We are seeking Product Owner level of hands-on experience with, Identity and Access Management Experience.- Role: Architect – Product Owner - Location: All Persistent locations - Experience: 8 to 12 years - Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:- Act as the Product Owner / Manager for the Authorization product, driving alignment across teams. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including developers, architects, security, and business units. - Lead onboarding and discovery sessions with customer teams for identity and access management integrations. - Capture and translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements for implementation teams. - Manage and support the migration of IAM technologies from legacy platforms to modern enterprise-grade solutions. - Guide user migrations and help architect robust, scalable IAM implementations. - Provide hands-on support with setup, integration, and testing of authorization solutions. - Improve documentation and best practices as the product evolves. - Implement and guide the integration of Federated SSO (FSSO) across enterprise applications. - Collaborate with development teams proficient in Java, .NET, Angular, and React.Expertise You'll Bring:- 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, with exposure to Product Management. - Strong background in Access Management / Identity and Access Management (IAM). - Solid understanding of Authorization concepts, protocols, and systems. - Expertise in SAML, OIDC/OAuth2, and other federated identity protocols. - Experience working with Ping Federate and Keycloak. - Proficiency working with enterprise tech stacks including Java, .NET, Angular, and React. - Hands-on experience with Federated SSO (FSSO) implementations. - Prior experience in customer-facing roles, handling IAM product implementations. - Experience in user migrations and guiding clients through transition strategies.Benefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parentsValues-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:Persistent Ltd. is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
