Job Title- Infrastructure Solutions Architect Location- Pune Job Type- Fulltime Job Description- We are seeking aSolutions Architectto design and deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure and cloud solutions (primarily Microsoft Azure & On-premise). The role involves translating business requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with reference architecture, security, and compliance standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams, overseeing solution implementation and providing technical consultancy. Strong expertise in Azure, Office 365, networking, and identity management (Azure Entra ID) is essential. Key Responsibilities- Design and deliverinfrastructure and cloud-based solutionsaligned with company reference architecture and security standards. Conducttechnical analysis, feasibility assessments, and cost estimatesfor new and existing system requirements. Providesolutions consultancyto business units during pre-project discussions and project delivery. SupportProject Services and Operations teamswith technical expertise when required. Collaborate withTechnical Architectsto develop and maintain theCompany Reference Architecture . Engage and coordinate withthird-party suppliersfor technical requirements gathering and solution delivery. Overseesolution implementation , ensuring delivery aligns with approved design and business requirements. Translatebusiness requirements into technical solutions , ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Conductproof-of-concepts (PoCs)and evaluations of emerging technologies to assess business fit. Ensure all solutions are designed withsecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirementsin mind. Create and maintainsolution design documentation , diagrams, and architectural standards. Providegovernance and guidancethroughout project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to design principles. Identifyrisks and mitigation strategiesrelated to proposed solutions. Act as atechnical advisor/SMEfor infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives. Work closely withoperations teamsto ensure smooth transition of solutions into production. Drivecontinuous improvement initiativesin solution design, cost efficiency, and technology adoption. Mentor and support junior team members intechnical design and architecture practices .Qualifications- Essential: Proven experience in infrastructure solution design and cloud solution development. Strong background in Wintel environments, Microsoft Azure, and Office 365. Experience with Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management. Demonstrated ability to produce technical proposals (designs, project trackers, costings). Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer service orientation. Experience managing complex solution designs across multiple systems and stakeholders. Desirable: Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, IT, or related field , or equivalent certifications. Enterprise-level experience insolution architecture . Understanding ofapplication architecture(front-end, back-end, middleware). Professional certifications (e.g.,Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert , TOGAF, etc.). Technical Skills- Infrastructure Architecture : Compute, storage, networking (physical & virtual). Networking : LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless technologies. Cloud Platforms : Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Identity & Access Management : Microsoft Entra ID . Operating Systems : Wintel environments (Windows Server, virtualization). Solution Design Principles : Security, scalability, performance, cost optimization, maintainability. Collaboration Tools : Office 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Experience invendor managementand working withthird-party suppliers .
