Job Title : Lead Technical ConsultantShift : UK ShiftExperience : 35 YearsKey Responsibilities : - Position and articulate the value of our products to customers seeking monitoring and performance management solutions.- Conduct product installations, configurations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.- Fine-tune and troubleshoot customer environments to ensure optimal solution performance.- Generate and present detailed reports showcasing solution value in addressing critical business challenges.- Provide proactive customer support and engagement to drive adoption and satisfaction.- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and suggest product enhancements.- Manage customer projects end-to-end including planning, execution, and delivery.- Mentor and guide junior team members in troubleshooting and customer engagement.Required Skillsets : - Hands-on experience in Application, Server, or Database support.- Strong knowledge of performance monitoring and management tools.- Exposure to projects involving application/server/database performance tuning.- Proficiency in Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies.- Experience in customer-facing roles with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Ability to prepare and deliver technical reports and solution presentations.- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple customer engagements.
