About the JobWe are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java (version 17 or above), Spring Boot, and SQL, with exposure to AI tools and modern microservice-based architecture.Job Title: Java Backend DeveloperSkills: Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful APIs, SQL, Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, Git, Swagger, CI/CD, React/Angular AI ToolsExperience Required: 5–7+ YearsLocation: ChennaiWork Mode: HybridNotice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob DescriptionDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java (v17 or above) and Spring Boot.Collaborate with frontend developers (React/Angular) for seamless system integration.Work within a microservices-based architecture, ensuring scalability, modularity, and performance optimization.Experience in React/AngularWrite and optimize complex SQL queries for high-performing database operations (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).Ensure application security, maintain clean code, and follow best coding practices.Participate in code reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis to ensure quality deliverables.Contribute to architecture discussions, propose technical improvements, and ensure high performance across services.Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and code efficiency.Work in an agile setup, supporting project deliverables during freeze periods as required.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend development using Java and Spring Boot.API design, implementation, and integration.Writing efficient SQL queries and optimizing DB operations.Performance tuning, testing, and troubleshooting.Collaboration with cross-functional teams.Utilize AI-assisted development tools for faster delivery and innovation.Qualification & CertificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Relevant Java certifications are a plus.Good to HaveExperience with any Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge or exposure to Angular or React.js.Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).About InfoBeansInfoBeans is a global digital transformation and product engineering company, enabling businesses to thrive through innovation, agility, and cutting-edge technology solutions.
