We are looking for a Consultant to join our fast-growing Market Research team, where you will work at the intersection of data, strategy, and client engagement.

In this role, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish - managing research design, ensuring data accuracy, generating deep insights, and presenting strategic recommendations directly to senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

- Lead research projects end-to-end - from designing the approach to delivering actionable insights.

- Work closely with global clients to understand their challenges and turn them into structured research objectives.

- Apply advanced research methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure high-quality, reliable outcomes.

- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and risks.

- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations that influence client decision-making.

- Collaborate with internal teams and industry experts to enrich data and insights.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables - ensuring quality standards are met.

- Share your expertise with junior researchers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.

- Experience: 2-4+ years in market research, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - to engage effectively with clients.

- Project management expertise, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Mindset:

- Proactive and self-motivated.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
