Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Multiple Design Projects: Oversee and manage multiple flexible workspace design projects from initial concept through to execution, setting industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with sales and leadership to transform client needs into compelling design solutions that push creative boundaries.
  • Ensure Excellence: Uphold high standards of design and functionality, integrating member feedback to continuously elevate the end-user experience.
  • Sustain Growth: Engage with all stakeholders to incorporate sustainable practices and materials, enhancing both the aesthetic and environmental impact of our spaces.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, consultants, other stake holders, ensuring smooth project workflows and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Project Management: Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards across multiple projects.

Who You Are:

  • A holder of a B.Arch or equivalent, with 8-10 years in workspace design and construction.
  • Proficient in BIM – Revit, with a knack for picking up new tools quickly.
  • A strategic thinker with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative design and practical execution in workspace projects.
  • A natural leader who thrives in both high-level presentations and detailed, tactical management.
  • Highly skilled in project and team management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
