AI Engineer — Help Build the Future of AI-Powered Marketing, Media & Automation Or we could call it - AI Automation Engineer for Marketing Agency — Build AI Agents, Avatars & Lead Systems Location: Remote (Global) Type: Project based Contract / with Long-Term potential The Role: AI Engineer About the Role:- We’re seeking a forward-thinking AI Engineer / Developer to help us design, integrate, and scale AI systems that power our next-generation marketing and media services. You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, and production teams to: ● Build, train, and manage AI agents for marketing, voice calling, sales funnels, and lead generation. ● Create and automate workflows that connect AI tools (chat, video, voice, CRM, analytics, etc.). ● Help develop hyper-realistic AI characters that act as mascots, ambassadors, or spokespersons for client brands. ● Continuously improve automation systems for website personalization, campaign management, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities ● Design and implement automation systems using AI APIs ● Develop and deploy AI voice, chat, and video agents for marketing, lead generation, and customer support. ● Integrate AI Characters into client marketing campaigns and social content workflows. ● Build internal tools and dashboards for managing AI-powered campaigns and analytics. ● Optimize pipelines for speed, scalability, and cost efficiency. ● Collaborate with our creative and web teams to ensure seamless integration of AI assets across websites, ads, and email funnels. ● Stay on the cutting edge of new AI technologies and help guide implementation strategy. Requirements : ● Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Automation Developer, or similar role. ● Strong understanding of AI models (LLMs, TTS, image/video generation, agents, etc.). ● Proficiency in Python, API integration, and automation frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Zapier, Make, Node.js). ● Familiarity with tools like VEO3, Runway, ElevenLabs, PlayHT, D-ID, or HeyGen. ● Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics integration (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar). ● Knowledge of web tech stacks (HTML, JS, CSS, WordPress, or Webflow) is a plus. ● Strong problem-solving mindset and creative approach to automation challenges. Bonus Skills ● Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or PPC automation. ● Background in AI character creation, avatar animation, or voice cloning. ● Understanding of sales funnel design, customer journey automation, and A/B testing. ● Familiarity with speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines.
