Position Overview


The Content Programming Manager will play a critical role in shaping the content strategy and managing the day-to-day programming operations for both IEM TV and Radio IEM. This position requires a creative, data-driven professional who can curate, plan, and schedule content to maximize audience engagement and growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital media, radio, and TV content trends, with the ability to lead and inspire a content team to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities


• Content Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute content programming strategies for IEM TV and Radio IEM to drive audience engagement and growth.

• Analyze audience data and industry trends to identify new content opportunities and optimize existing programming.

• Plan seasonal, thematic, and special programming to align with audience interests and company objectives.

• Content Curation & Scheduling:

• Oversee the curation, scheduling, and distribution of content across digital TV and radio platforms.

• Collaborate with content creators, producers, and third-party partners to source and produce original content.

• Manage and optimize content playlists, ensuring a balanced mix of live, pre-recorded, and on-demand content.

• Audience Engagement & Growth:

• Implement strategies to grow listener/viewership, including leveraging social media, email marketing, and cross-platform promotions.

• Monitor audience feedback, ratings, and analytics to refine programming and improve engagement.

• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote key programs, events, and specials.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead a team of content creators, editors, and producers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.

• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance user experience, platform performance, and content accessibility.

• Foster a collaborative culture, encouraging creative ideas and innovation within the content team.


Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in content programming, digital media, or broadcast radio/TV.

• Proven track record of developing successful content strategies and growing digital audiences.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proficient in using content management systems (CMS), scheduling software, and data analytics tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.


Preferred Experience


• Experience with internet-based broadcasting platforms and content distribution.

• Knowledge of SEO, social media strategies, and digital marketing.

• Familiarity with emerging trends in digital content, streaming, and radio.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
