As a Recruiting Intern, you’ll be at the frontline of this mission. Here’s what you’ll own and learn: Talent sourcingacross multiple channels — the digital playgrounds where builders hang out. Craftcuriosity-sparking outreach messagesthat sound human (not robotic). Maintain ourATS hygiene (Keka)by uploading, tagging, and tracking candidate journeys. Helpschedule interviewswithout causing calendar chaos; ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and panels. Runquick studieson tech hiring trends, salaries, and niche skills to keep us sharp. Experiment with AIand incorporate best practices to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements. Shadow senior recruiter and co-foundersin real-time searches, discovering how we blend “Engineers First, Technologies Later” into hiring.Bonus points if you have: Prior experience with campus clubs, student bodies, or event coordination. Familiarity with LinkedIn, GitHub, or job boards for candidate discovery. Basic knowledge of HR/Recruitment tools or coursework in HR.Your first 3 months look like: Month 1:Learn tools, sourcing basics & outreach craft. Month 2:Own sourcing pipelines + run market scans.
